My winter was full of weddings this year, but at least we’ve had good weather here in Nevada. We don’t usually get snow, but we do get a lot of cold wind. Thankfully it was sunshine with just a sprinkle of clouds on this beautiful December day for Kelly & Cole, at the Las Vegas LDS Temple. If you haven’t seen their bridal session, be sure to check it out here. I talk a little about their cute love and their beginning. To reiterate, they are really such an adorable couple. I enjoyed every minute of their wedding day, as it was relaxed and smooth flowing. Kelly isn’t into photos at all, so I have to give her mad props for managing that smile the whole way through! You’re a rockstar girlie! Of coarse, it wasn’t too hard to smile being next to your new eternal companion and your family and best friends.
Don’t you just love the color combination they chose for their wedding?! I wasn’t so sure about pink in the winter, but it looked so amazing with Cole’s Dress Blues and Kelly’s gorgeous tan complexion. Their reception was also crazy amazing. The florals were some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! Those ladies over at the Front Porch Flowers always blow me away! And Kelly is so lucky to have a momma who is crazy talented and knows how to put on a wedding! Of coarse, this was the third daughter in six months to get married, so she is for sure a pro by now. Haha!
After meeting and greeting their guests, Kelly & Cole had their first dances, and then invited everyone out to the dance floor to boogie. There were some awesome fun dancers on the floor that night and it was so much fun to watch and photograph everyone. There was also lots of fun games for people to play, including a giant tic tac toe table, a life size connect four game, and a classic corn hole set up. They had food from Cafe Rio set up and catered by the lovely Denise Robertson, who also made an array of amazingly delicious deserts. It was definitely a reception to remember! Their guests sent them off with a rose petal farewell before they drove off into their new life together, and it was the perfect way to complete the night.
Kelly and Cole, I wish you all the happiness in your forever! I love you both!
